The Social Worker will provide case management and supportive services to senior tenants, including planning and facilitating therapeutic and recreational programs. This role ensures alignment with HVGBHHC’s mission and values, while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Working closely with the team, the Social Worker will support all program areas, contribute to documentation for funding, and assist with planning and evaluation. This position plays a key advocacy role, offering non-judgmental support for seniors in the community.
