Currently, the Coalition is focused on Senior Housing, as according to a Housing Needs Assessment commissioned by the Labrador FriendshipCentre in 2022, seniors were listed as one of the top three groups of persons in need of homes and wrap around services in our region. The Coalition would like to help seniors to age and thrive in place with dignity and integrity.
APPLY NOWWe have two developments underway, and are currently on track to have 39 two-bedroom senior housing units available by the end of 2025, further enhancing our commitment to providing secure living options for vulnerable populations.
